Privacy notice
This site collects about as little as a website can. There are no user accounts, no contact forms, no comment threads, no newsletters, and no third-party analytics or advertising trackers anywhere on it. The only personal data this desk handles is whatever you choose to put in an email, used solely to answer you and to work the correction concerned.
What does the site itself process?
Nothing about you. A slip can be read end to end without handing anything over: no cookie is written from this domain, no analytics tag loads, no widget is embedded, and there is no login and no form anywhere on the counter. The machine serving the pages does note the ordinary technical line — address, page requested, time — because that is simply how a web server answers a request. Those lines stay in the hosting records, get looked at only when something breaks or floods, and are never joined up with anything else.
What happens to what you send?
If you write to counter@online-betting-sites-za.com, this desk receives your address and whatever else the message contains. It is used to check and act on the correction or query, and the thread is kept as part of the paper trail behind the slip it concerns. Correspondents are not added to any mailing list, and correspondence is not shared with operators or any other third party except where the law requires it.
What can you ask for under POPIA?
South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act gives you the right to ask what personal information is held about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted.
